place needs to be freshened up for the price Positive: space Negative: cleanliness,walls patched but not painted, i could smell the smoke when i came in and wanted a smokeless unit , mattresses stained and need to be changed

Negative: Keurigs don't work very well

Good location but a big disappointment when you looked at the outside and no concern for safety Positive: The inside was clean and well furnished Negative: The air conditioning unit did not work so the window unit downstairs was put in but had a large gap between the unit and the window frame The dryer did not work and it took many days to get it fixed. The unit was never fixed but the dryer was finally fixed. Also the windows by the door were not a good idea since they didn’t have any curtains

No frills stay Positive: Convenient location to downtown and airport. The property manager was very responsive each time we had questions. If she were not so wonderful to work with, we would have checked out early. Off street parking was nice. Fairly quiet location with the exception of nearby highway noise. The seating area in the living room was comfortable. There were warm and soft throw blankets for all of us. Arrival and checkout instructions were easy to follow. Negative: Cleanliness should be addressed. The kitchen table had not been wiped down and had food smudges on it. Crumbs on the kitchen counter. Cupboard doors were sticky where you had to put your hands to open them. Only one kitchen towel was provided. Wall vent in the living room is caked with dust. The shower curtain was disgusting-mold and mildew all across the bottom, so much so that I requested the manager to allow us to take it down. She agreed and also offered to come and replace it the next morning. Although this is of no control of the manager or owners, there was a frequent odor of Marijuana coming from another unit nearby. There were a couple issues we had to address: dryer door did not close properly so dryer would not turn on, oven bottom drawer does not open and close without falling off track, no dish soap in kitchen, two connections for the TV were unplugged and therefore we were unable to get Wi-Fi until we realized the problem. Keurig will not allow k-cups to be used, even though there is a basket full of them next to the machine. After texting the manager about it, she said you have to use the purple plastic pod (it was in the bottom of the basket under the k-cups). Instructions on the machine would save others from trying to use the machine with the k-cups provided. An explanation of what each of the 3 remote controls are for would also be helpful. One is for the sound bar, but we could not get the sound bar to work. There are two larger remotes, not sure why 2 are needed. The front door has two sidelights, one on each side of the door. The glass is clear and has no covering over it, allowing people to see inside the living space, especially at night. Upstairs: no hangers in closets, toilet paper was extremely thin, queen-size mattress on king-size bed frame caused us to bump our leg on wood when getting out of bed. There is no stopper in one of the bathroom sinks.

Friendly and professional host. Positive: Location was great. The rental was very spacious. Negative: Cleanliness. Also, The last night and day in the rental, when we exited the apartment, it smelled very strongly of marijuana smoke-parking lot area.
